Terms

These terms cover the paid TMUA question bank. Reading a free question, or opening an official past paper, does not need a purchase.

What you buy

The price is £59 once, for the worked solutions on all 1,273 original TMUA questions, for 12 months. 145 of those solutions are free without paying. The purchase adds the other 1,128. The questions themselves, and the correct letter on each one, stay free. Official past papers stay on UAT-UK and stay free. The bank does not include a marked mock, a predicted score, or a second exam.

Access lasts 365 days from the payment. It does not auto-renew. When it ends, the paid solutions close. The questions and the correct letters remain. Another 12 months is a new payment of £59.

A paid question

A paid question is an original question whose worked solution is not in the free set. Using it means answering that question, or opening its worked solution, after the bank is on your account. Answering the same question before you paid does not count, because only the letter was available then. Using a question whose solution was already free does not count.

Refunds

A full refund is available within 7 days of payment if you have not used a paid question. Using one ends the refund. There is no partial refund for the days you have left, and there is no refund after the 7 days if a paid question has been used.

Access starts as soon as the payment completes. By paying, you ask for that supply to begin immediately, and you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when access starts. The 7-day refund above is a separate promise: it applies only if you have not used a paid question.

A duplicate charge, or a payment that does not open the bank, is refunded as a technical failure. That refund does not depend on the 7 days. A refund ends the paid solutions. The free questions and the free letters stay.

The account

You sign in with Google before you pay. The 12 months belongs to that account and is not a code you can hand to someone else, share, or use to copy the solutions out of the site. Your practice answers and bookmarks are saved to the account while you are signed in. They are not part of the purchase, and a refund does not delete them. Write to hello@summitpapers.com about a payment or a refund.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not take away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, in the European Union, your local consumer law. The paid solutions are digital content: they must be as described here and fit for studying the questions they belong to. If something is wrong with them, write to hello@summitpapers.com and it will be repaired or, if that is not possible, refunded in proportion.

Who you are buying from

You are buying from SummitPapers, run by the SummitPapers Team, which you can reach at hello@summitpapers.com. A complaint is answered by email, normally within five working days.

Changes and the law that applies

If these terms change, the version you agreed to when you paid still applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you keep the protection of the law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

What the material is

The original questions and the paid solutions are written for SummitPapers. They are not official TMUA papers and they are not a prediction of a score from 1.0 to 9.0. SummitPapers is not connected to UAT-UK or Pearson. The disclaimer states that limit, and the privacy page states what is stored.
