To play spoons in Uno style, you need to pick out four cards of the same number but with different colors. Shuffle the cards well and distribute four cards to each player. Start by having one player put down a card they don’t want face down, and then continue in a circle until each player has put down a card for the next player. Then, each player picks up the card and decides if they want to keep it or not. If they do, they must put down another card from their deck, and the game continues until someone has all four cards of the same number. Once a player has all four cards of the same number, they put their hand in the middle, and the last player to do so loses the round and gets a letter. Continue playing until a player has spelled out “spoons.” The player who spelled out “spoons” gets out, and the game continues until only one player remains victorious and gets the prize the group has decided on.
